• Please register at the office with full payment due upon arrival. During peak times full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival.
• Check in for sites is from 11am with check out at 10am
• Check in for cabins is from 2pm with check out at 10am.
• Damage, loss or theft of property will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost.
• All our cabins offer complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk, cooking facilities, fridge, TV, DVD, Spilt System, Veranda and Car Parking.
• Queen bed is made in all cabins with towels & soap provided.
• Linen Packs (sheets, pillows, blankets (in winter), doona, towels & soap) can be provided for extra beds at $20.00 per single bed and $25.00 per double bed, or you can bring your own. (Once only charge).
• Minimum bookings apply over Christmas, Australia Day, Labour Day, Festivals and Easter.
• Prices are $AUD and include GST. They are also subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to change the cabin/site allocation (within the appropriate category) if deemed necessary.
• Strictly no pets allowed with cabin bookings.
• Peak times are 25 December through to 31 January, Labour Day and Easter.

• There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind and your cabin/site is left vacant.
• One night’s deposit is required upon making your booking.
• For no-shows we reserve the right to charge for the entire stay.
• Cancellations can be refunded less an administration fee of $20.
• Deposits/Payments for cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded during peak periods.
• Deposits/Payments for cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded during off-peak periods.
• Tariffs are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
• We do not accept personal cheques for payment.
• We reserve the right to change the cabin/site allocation (within the appropriate category) if deemed necessary.

Pets love camping too therefore to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay please adhere to the following:

• All pets must be kept on a lead at all times within the Caravan Park. (No exceptions)
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Please clean up after your pets.
• Pets are not allowed in Cabins, Amenities Blocks, Camp Kitchen, BBQ areas or Office Reception.
• Pets must not be washed anywhere in the park and no pet blankets, etc washed in the washing machines or dried in dryer.
• Pet owners are responsible for any noise, injury, damage or loss by or because of their pet.
• Management has the right to evict any person/s not complying to the above.
